Fees, what your fee covers, accommodation guidance, and cancellation terms — as published for delegates.
Who should register?
Surgery Update is designed for postgraduate residents. However, all surgeons who wish to gain from the teaching can register — postgraduate residents, senior residents, or practising surgeons.
Registration charges are the same for all categories.
Why register now?
Advance registration includes access to all academic sessions, lunch and tea during designated times, one printed copy of the Proceedings, and the conference kit.
Proceedings and kit cannot be guaranteed for late registrants. Certificates are issued only to delegates who attend the Update. Proceedings, kit, and certificates must be collected in person.
Accommodation…?
There is no on-campus accommodation. MAMC is in a central part of Delhi with many affordable options nearby, and metro lines around the campus make it straightforward to book a suitable stay.

Before you open the form
- Pay online first — then complete the form with your UTR / RRN / UPI reference ready. Keep a screenshot or PDF of the confirmation (saved on your device; it cannot be copy-pasted into the form).
- The form cannot be saved— finish and submit in one sitting.
- After you submit, the office receives your entry. You will get a registration number by email after payment is confirmed at the bank. A copy of the form is also emailed to you; check spam/junk if missing.

Cancellation policy
If your cancellation request is received by 30 April 2026, the full fee will be refunded by NEFT.
No refunds thereafter.
Refunds are processed after Surgery Update concludes. You will be notified by email when the refund is initiated. Refunds apply to registered delegates only.
